Adjetey Anang, a Ghanaian actor, just released his autobiography with the working title Adjetey Anang; A Story of Faith, Imperfection, and Resilience. In the book, he discusses how his adultery polluted his bed at home.

The actor known as “Pusher” has confessed to physically and emotionally cheating on his wife Elom Anang for 15 years.

The revelation, which is discussed in the chapter of the book called “Marital Challenges and Imperfection,” which digs into his experiences, sheds light on his journey of personal development and atonement.

“You could say I was naive from the start about subtle amorous hints and perhaps made a lot of assumptions about people’s motives until it was too late,” he writes on page 115 of the memoir. I soon became more brash, reckless, and adventurous, and occasionally I started amorous discussions and led many people on.

“Yes, I have cheated on my wife before in the various forms that cheating could be defined as, both emotionally and physically,” he continued.

Anang apologizes profusely to his wife and to every woman he interacted with during those times after realizing the seriousness of his conduct.

“I’ve been in some extremely intimate situations with women. Some began as fun and admiration, but after repeated conversations, they became into flirting that occasionally went too far,” he stated.

He admitted that he found it difficult to forgive himself and that these incidents were the lowest points in their marriage, almost causing them to divorce.

These encounters were the lowest times in our marriage and almost caused us to divorce, he admitted. “I’ve struggled to forgive myself,” he continued.

Anang, 50, expressed his sincere thanks to his wife Elom Anang for her forgiveness and everlasting love, which helped to build their relationship even during their most trying times.

“I’m thankful for God and Elom’s mercy and the love that has sustained us through those trying times,” Elom said.

On Saturday, July 8, 2023, the celebrated Ghanaian performer recognized for his outstanding accomplishments in the film and entertainment industries launched his autobiography to celebrate his 50th birthday.

Several dignitaries and colleagues from the entertainment business attended the varied event at the Skybox Event Centre in Accra.

The occasion also marked the beginning of his foundation, One In A Million, which would ask 100 powerful people, including Anang’s peers, mentors, and families, to donate 1 Cedi every day for ten years to charitable organizations.
