The Very Reverend Emmanuel Boateng Asenso was honored with a farewell and retirement service at the Gbawe Methodist Society in the Northern Accra Diocese.

From October 2015 through 2023, The Very Rev. Emmanuel B. Asenso will serve as The Methodist Church Ghana’s Director of Communication and Publications (CPD).
He visited a number of Dioceses, Circuits, and Societies in the Ghana Methodist Connexion throughout his ministerial travels. In the Northern Accra Diocese, the Very Rev. Asenso has worked as a minister in a number of organizations, including the Calvary Society in Adweso, the Bread of Life Society in Dansoman, the Dunwell Society in Santa Maria, and the Mt. Carmel Society in Oblogo.
He warned everyone to meet the requirement of forgiveness by never returning evil for evil when he gave the sermon for the day. So, let’s steer clear of bitterness.
While sensational hymns were playing, the celebration was made colorful by citations and gifts from Dioceses, Circuits, Societies, Organizations, Family, Friends, and Staff of CPD.
The Very Reverend Asenso, his wife Mrs. Cecilia Asenso, and their children were profoundly appreciative of the prayers, love, and support they received while they served in the Lord Jesus Christ’s Ministry.
