Speaking at the Juapong Circuit Court’s inauguration in the Volta Region, Mr. Anin-Yeboah claimed that corruption is a disease that destroys nations and that one manifestation of it that has become widespread in Ghana is the practice of giving public officials money after they have completed their regular duties.

As a result, he issued a warning to Ghanaians not to tip any members of the judicial service.

According to the Chief Justice, the challenges that residents of Juapong, the entire North Tongu District, and neighboring towns like Ho, Ashiaman, Kpando and other locations once had when trying to obtain justice are now a thing of the past.

Osborne Divine Fenu, the district’s chief executive, highlighted that the area now has two circuit courts, allowing residents to receive justice close to home rather than having to travel great distances to do so.

We want you to know that, despite the fact that some cases’ complexity may make them take longer to resolve than less complicated ones, delays are occasionally necessary. Also, due to inefficiencies, we are attempting to stay current with global best practices using ICT. remarked Mr. Divine Osborn Fenu.

Mr. Fenu pointed out that because North Tongu is one of the larger districts in the area, the courts are necessary to aid in residents’ efforts to seek justice.

He emphasized that the district now has two courts thanks to President Akufo-kindness. Addo’s

The new court delighted the neighborhood. They believe it will assist in properly resolving all of their complaints.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the MP for North Tongu, was also present at the occasion.
