The InterParty Advisory Committee IPAC has reportedly been engaged by the EC, and everyone except for the opposition NDC has concurred, according to the former New Patriotic Party National Chairman. He disclosed that the decision was reached at three IPAC meetings that the NDC boycotted.
IPAC has decided to adopt the Ghana Card as the exclusive means of establishing citizenship for the purposes of registration. The NDC are also invited to any IPAC meetings, but they have chosen not to attend, he said.
